SASKATOON VOLLEYBALL WINTERS COMING

Our second tournament of the fall season will be a Co-Ed Reverse 4's tournament. This is the first time a Co-Ed Reverse 4's tournament has been held in Saskatoon. TOURNAMENT RULES

• Rally point scoring.
• 'Let' serves are permitted.
• Rotation of servers is required, not rotation of court positions.
• You are not allowed to volley a serve or a non hard-driven ball.
• Reception of hard-driven balls may be taken in a volley, all other receptions must be an overhand pass with hands touching.
• You are not allowed to block a free ball.
• Attacks may be a hit, a roll or closed-hand.
• You are not allowed to tip.
• Men may ONLY attack from the back row.
• A block does not count as a hit.
• Men may block ONLY men, this includes soft blocking.
• For men ON or IN FRONT of the attack line, you are NOT allowed to jump, NOT allowed to hit the ball downwards and the ball must fully pass over the opponents attack line.
• Females may block both men and women.
• Minimum of 2 women on the court at anytime.
• You may volley the ball over the net as long as your shoulders are square to where the volleyball is travelling.
• All other indoor rules apply.
  
• All games are best of 3 with the first 2 games capped at 25. The third game is capped at 15.
• Only the on court Captain of the team may resolve dispute(s) with the Ref or Tournament Coordinator(s).
• Playoffs will be single loss knock out unless there are fewer teams than 10.
